4 Month Update

Okay, I know my "4 month" update is more like 4 1/2, but the Holidays are here & like usual time just gets away! We've been having a blast with Caleb though! He is such a HAPPY baby! As you can probably tell by some of these pictures! He definitely has the cutest smile in the world!

He has all sorts of new tricks - it's amazing how he develops and learns new things overnight. He is now rolling over both ways - lookout! So we're having to be a little more careful about where we lay him down now. He also reaches out to all of his toys when he plays so he definitely has the hand/eye coordination down - and then everything immediately goes into his mouth, but that's ok! He's very close to sitting up on his own. He just does this weird leaning really far over thing, but he seems to enjoy it! He also found his feet this way - which he also loves!

He's just starting to pay more and more attention to the dog now, especially her constantly wagging tail. I have a feeling his first real word will be "Tuk!"

We had his 4 month Doctor's visit (with shots) :( but he does really well with them. He's also a chubby guy - 17.1 lbs which puts him in the 90% for weight! Ha Ha! He's 50 - 75% for height and 50% for head... pretty good I think. The doctor was VERY pleased with his size considering he's a reflux baby & they tend to not eat well - not this guy though! We were given the green light to start cereal, so we'll probably start that this weekend & see how he does. (definitely a video camera moment)

As most of you have seen, we finally got our Christmas card photos taken so I could get our cards out. We had a lot of fun that day in my parent's neighborhood. It was actually like 80 degrees outside & we were all sweating to death in jeans and sweaters, but we'll take the nice weather. It was quite a task to get a good shot of all of us between Tuker and Caleb & both my parents snapping them while their dog ran around. Then we relaxed a little and let Caleb have a photo shoot with his grandparents! How Cute!!! :)

We still haven't had a picture with Santa, but we will! I have 4 days left now & I'm determined to get that one done. I'll definitely have an update right after Christmas with all sorts of good family photos with the little guy!
