He was definitely worth every minute of the wait! We are so blessed to welcome our 2nd beautiful healthy little boy into this world! He was born on Tuesday, September 28th at 9:57am - 7lbs. 7oz. and 20" long. We were all actually surprised by those numbers, because we thought he would be above the 8lb mark. It's amazing how much he looks just like Caleb did...only with much more hair!
All in all, we are doing VERY well! The transition to #2 has gone very smoothly, mostly due to the fact that John's been home the whole time helping with Caleb & we have both of our mom's so close by! I'm SO grateful for that! Caleb has adjusted wonderfully & really hasn't skipped a beat! He loves his baby brother & can't wait to see him every morning & every day when he gets home from school! It's definitely been an easy transition, and for that, we are very thankful! He has also gotten over the idea of calling him "Brutus the buckeye"... and now just calls him "baby Coleman", or "my baby brodder"... it's so cute!
We've taken these last 2 weeks day by day. Coleman is a VERY good sleeper - day & night - so I'm counting my lucky stars on that one, because Caleb wasn't. He does, unfortunately, have reflux like Caleb did, but this time we feel much more comfortable with it b/c we know much more about it & how to handle it. We've already got him on zantac & are waiting for it to really kick-in. I'm still experimenting on the food side, to see what works best for his little tummy. Hopefully we'll have that figured out in the next few days. We just hate to see him in pain & uncomfortable!
Here are some pics of the little cutie... and I'll be sure to keep the posts coming!

CONGRATS!!! Caleb looks so proud holding his little brother! I'm so glad to hear that he's adjusting so well to Coleman. I love the name and Coleman is just adorable! I can't wait to get the boys together for a play date. Congrats again!
